Client-Therapist Confidentiality and Consent Agreement

The information and practices communicated and exchanged during, or otherwise in association with, T.I.L.T appointments are coordinated voluntarily by the client. The client accepts full responsibility for their participation in interactions with T.I.L.T, its representatives, and all affiliated entities.

Consent
By utilizing our services, including (but not limited to) materials produced by T.I.L.T—digital or otherwise, branded and/or copyrighted products—and any information collected in association with our services:

• You acknowledge that all materials are branded and copyrighted.

• You consent to the terms outlined within the awareness (verbal or written herein) regarding the recall, disclaimer, possession, rejection, or ejection of materials, products, procedures, payments, affiliates, representatives, or agreements, without prior notice.

• You agree not to destroy, distribute, or replicate our products, services, intellectual property, or any other materials without explicit permission from rightful parties, except when explicitly granted to representatives of T.I.L.T.

• You acknowledge and agree that all payments made to T.I.L.T or its affiliated entities are final and non-refundable, regardless of outcome, satisfaction, or circumstance.

• This agreement applies to applicable signet, Uri Jael Robinson, and any identities assumed by ‘Uri’ (such as any and all aliases), as well as any businesses involved with or created by ‘Uri’ (including justtilt.ca (http://justtilt.ca/), Just T.I.L.T, T.I.L.T, and Majic Babe).

By acknowledging this agreement, you consent to our Privacy Policy and the application of our Terms and Conditions.
